We take immense pleasure to inform you that development work at Lavisa PLANET is in progress & would like to credit our customers for the same who always supported us & trusted us, which has made this possible towards achieving a dream that Lavisa had set out to establish for You!

Here, we share with you a few of the ongoing development activities that are currently taking place at the site area. The Green landscape of Lavisa Planet has been further developed & maintained with a children play area (cricket, tennis, volleyball court), park (fencing & benches) & a walking area. We are now striving towards massive development work that entails the completion of proposed blocks that would include sanctions for various facilities for Lavisa Planet customers. The contour survey for the golf course is completed & submitted for design; simultaneously we are also in the process of completing the preliminary Government documentation for the golf course which is quintessential before we start any further development of the golf area which is expected to be completed at the end of year 2012. An Educational trust is formed & the necessary application work is in process with various educational departments to seek required NOC’s & clearances from the State Government. Development work for Pomegranate has started & as this block is adjacent to the Club & Sports area, we are now focusing towards the promotion of exclusive Villas which will facilitate a value add for the whole project. Further next, the advancement of Investors block shall begin which is adjacent to the Golf course, & promotion of Mahogany block will indeed begin soon.  Now, we are confident that the skeleton of the project will be in near completion in the year 2012-2013.

Lavisa team has moved up the ladder of progress & entered in vertical growth, starting apartments in Bihar- New Patna area. The project “Lavisa Town” is the first integrated advance township project in Bihar which is designed in a total area of 5 acres with the concept of “Stay, Work & Shop”.
