Positions Avialable: |
Designation: Customer Service Executive(Bangalore)
Experience: 06- 1 year of experience in customer care/ handling customers in the client’s line of process / real estate / Infrastructure will be a definitive advantage.
Key Rolls
Responsible for escalations, Existing customer retention and timely support.
Coordinating with other departments for any service related issues, customer’s complaints.
Ensuring timely escalations for the complaints within the team.
Replying to the direct customer and responsible in bringing in new customers
Client Acquisition, Business Development, Maintaining corporate relations,
Coordinating and allotting the client's requirement to Negotiations with clients
for tie ups.
Desirable Competency:
Good Communication written and oral, soft spoken, good listener,
and convincing ability with good knowledge of speaking English, Hindi & Kannada.
Qualifications Experience: Preferably Graduate/ Essentially passed 10+2. |
